Three Ways to Live at Ho Cheung
Each arrangement has been put together with a different kind of resident in mind. Start where it feels right for you — and change the arrangement as your needs or preferences shift.
Back to HomeOur Approach
At Ho Cheung we do not believe in one-size arrangements. Some residents come for the meals and the social rhythm — they want the practical benefits of a communal dining house without moving home entirely. Others want outdoor access and a calm morning routine folded into their day. Some are ready for a fully arranged private residence and appreciate having everything handled.
All three offerings are available month-to-month. There are no long contract lock-ins and no penalty for changing plans. The monthly rates are flat and published — no supplements, no variable costs.
Shared Dining & Tea House
Three home-style meals each day in a bright communal dining hall, plus a dedicated afternoon tea sitting where residents gather over dim sum and easy conversation. Menus follow the seasons and Cantonese home-cooking traditions, and kitchen staff are happy to note personal tastes.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
- Afternoon dim sum sitting
- Seasonal Cantonese menus
- Personal dietary preferences noted
- Communal dining hall with natural light
Garden & Courtyard Mornings
Daily access to landscaped gardens and shaded courtyards throughout the morning, with gentle walks, optional light gardening and quiet seating corners for reading or simply watching the day unfold. This option also includes all dining and tea house arrangements.

- Gentle morning walk programme
- Optional light gardening participation
